    • Cloud-hosted solutions for domestic and international bill payment, including integrations with banking platforms (such as white-labeled bill pay offered through financial institutions’ online banking)
    • Card payables and receivables including fintech/bank agency models.
    • Lending solutions including spend and expense management, invoice financing and factoring. 
    • HIPAA enabled payments solutions.
  • I have experience advising on both B2C and B2B marketing initiatives, supporting the launch and growth of consumer-facing and enterprise products across regulated and non-regulated markets. 
  • My experience includes counseling on advertising and promotional campaigns, digital and performance marketing, website and in-app content, social media, influencer and sponsorship arrangements as well as customer communications.
  • I have partnered closely with marketing and growth leaders to design and implement streamlined legal review processes and playbooks that enable rapid execution, particularly in high-volume environments where speed, clarity, and consistency are critical.
  • I have led the design, build and implementation of comprehensive privacy, AI, and data security programs for data-driven organizations, including serving as the operational owner of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and HIPAA compliance programs.
  • I have embedded privacy-by-design into product development, advised on data use, data sharing and AI deployment as well as negotiating data protection and security terms in complex commercial agreements. 
  • My experience also includes incident response management, breach preparedness and close partnership with information security leadership to support board-level oversight. 
  • I have developed and implemented crisis management and communication plans for high-growth, publicly listed companies, trained executive teams and boards.
  • I have led coordinated responses during significant industry events (including cyberattacks and the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank) that tested resilience and leadership.
  • I have built and scaled high-performing legal teams from the ground up, implementing systems (including AI) and workflows across contract management, compliance, governance and cross-functional collaboration.
